SHOW GALLERY 2017-2024

The Roland Sands Moto Beach Classic (often called Moto Beach Classic or MBC) first roared onto Huntington Beach’s scenic sand at Bolsa Chica State Beach in October 2017, the brainchild of custom‑bike legend Roland Sands and his team. Since its inception in 2017, the event ran again in 2018 and 2019, featuring the Super Hooligan National Championship season finale presented by Indian Motorcycles, explosive BMW‑powered Salty Sprint drag races, the Architects of Inspiration art show curated via Husqvarna, a custom Moto Classic bike show, surf competitions by the West Coast Board Riders, and stunt spectacles from Bell Helmets.

On the music front, the early editions showcased Southern California punk legends including The Offspring, Social Distortion, Pennywise, Rancid, Bad Religion, Suicidal Tendencies, FEAR, TSOL, reggae sets with Black Uhuru, and surf‑rock/funk acts like Fishbone, Long Beach Dub Allstars, Wargirl, Spirit Mother, and the Bent Duo. In 2021 (its fourth year), the Classic returned with family‑friendly racing, art, an expanded vendor village, and musical mixes of punk, funk, reggae, and surf rock in partnership with SeaLegs at the Beach.

Dive into the sights, sounds, and sand-kicking mayhem of past Moto Beach Classics in the gallery below. From wild racing action to epic live sets and sun-soaked beach vibes, relive the moments that made each year unforgettable.
